Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Amber color. Bready spicy aroma. Spicy flavor with rye bread, cardemom and anis. Sweet but luckily with a subtle spicing.

4.5% 500ml  from Systembogalet  in Uppsala. A nice reddish amber color, thin head. Malty sweet but subtle aroma. The taste is slightly grainy, caramel, mostly reminiscent of English ales that veer towards the sweet side. Not for me, ok but not all that impressive.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in February 2013. Clear dark copper with a medium, creamy white head. Aroma and taste of malt, chocolate, light roasted, dried fruit and nuts. Soft and easy to drink. I kind of liked this relaxed beer.

Riktigt trevligt.

50 cl bottle @ home. Rated on 28.01.2010
Aroma has bready malt, some toffee and roasted notes. Flavour is also rather malty with bread, some toffee, roasted notes and hints of coffee. Finishes with syrupy notes. Good.

Dark brown beer with big and blond head. Flavour is roasted, strongly malty and some rye bread. Flavour is quite similar than aroma, lot of malts, some sweetness and roastiness. Almost medium bodied with quite high carbonation. Typical, dark lager and there are not suprises in this beer.
