Rising from the tanks once again is Forest of Giants, our big and bold murky quadruple IPA. The second batch of this colossal brew is rooted with Citra, Nelson, Riwaka, and Wai-iti hops that intertwine to produce abundant notes of papaya, sugar-apple, and subtle dank. Expect a medium body and a bewilderingly smooth and juicy mouthfeel from this 13% beast.

Can from San Diego Wine Co. Hazy ochre, stable, white head. Aroma of canned pineapple, ripe nectarine, tangerine peel, hard cheese, triple sec, mint. Taste has sweet pineapple, peach & papaya in a doughy malt body with cheesy & citrusy notes. Floral hoppy finish, bit peppery, spicy mint, lingering ripe tropical fruits and boozy triple sec-like alcohol. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Full in taste, but the alcohol burns some of the intense fruitiness away too.
