Lager brewed with Pilsner and Aromatic malt, hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Barbe Rouge, then fermented with our house lager yeast. The Greeks and Stoics believed Pneuma to be the 'breath of life' that helped organize the universe. In later Judaic & Christian traditions Pnuema was considered to be the spirit or soul. In all traditions Pneuma is considered a life giving force that connects us to ourselves, to each other, and the cosmos.

Draft. A- Pine sol, lemon, herbal. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Pine sol, lemon, straw. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bright finish. O- This was a little unique in terms of flavor and aroma from what I anticipated. That said, I'm not sure pine sol is the most appropriate descriptor but it was really tasty. A nice bright finish; very clean. Could crush a lot of this on a hot day. Cosmic Eye's lagers are way underrated.

12 oz can from John, much appreciated, 8/14/22. Clear yellowish-orange color, white head, tons of lacework. Grainy, herbal, light spice, biscuit, dough. Bright, clean, refreshing. Corn and citrus hints. Pretty good, not great, but pretty good.
