* Old rating. Many thanks to kevnic2008. Best before 11.11.0. Trübes und leicht süßliches Pils. Etwas muffig, leicht malzig-süßlich im Nachgeschmack mit muffig-hefiger Note.

Bottle. Light grainy aroma. Gloudy golden, white lace. Grain and hay flavor, low on hops, enough to balance. Slightly mealy mouthfeel. Papery finish.

Bottle looks nice. Beer in the glass not very turbid, nice head. Starts dry, modest malty-yeasty, bitter background. Gets drier and drier. Not too drinkable but still a great beer!

Bottled (from BierZwerg.de). Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is fruits, mild yeast, some earth, quite sweet malts as well as some slight notes of wood. Flavour is grass, some grains, mild fruits and some mild note of earth. A bit more harsh in the flavour than the aroma, but quite pleasant.

Bottled (BZ, BB 11/2010)
Almost clear golden color, small white head. Grainy and woody hoppy nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish malty, grainy pils with good hoppy finish. Some cardboard too. Eco-beer feeling in it. More like a Zwickel than normal pils.

Bottle. Hay/barnyard malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with moderate head. Sweet barley malt and moderately bitter flower/hay hops flavor. Nicely blended. Very nice.

Bottle (courtesy of Lake Constance): Cloudy, huge fluffy white head, that slowly collapses; sweet-malty, yeasty nose with a moderate grassy-hoppy background; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied; soft yeasty-grainy finish with a distinctive lingering dry bitterness in the aftertaste. Decent, pleasant stuff..........

on tap in Konstanz and bottled. This is one of my favourite local beers. Golden yellow, slightly cloudy, large and creamy white head, which is very persistent. Very aromatic hops are used here. The beer is really hoppy, only slightly malty, so full of lovelly hop flavours. Slight hints of yeast.
