Bottled (From bierzwerg.de). Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is wheat, fruits, some mild earthy and malty notes. Flavour is wheat, fruits, herbs and some mild yeasty and floral notes. Slight dry wooden notes in the finish.

Bottle, danke Günther. Bit of a gusher, but stays in the glass eventually. Poured a nice cloudy orange-yellow with a frothy white head. Ginger, lemongrass and clove aroma - good beer for a curry. Bready base, fruity (apple,orange, banana) notes, dry spicyness in the finish.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Cloudy, golden coloured with a light orangey touch, quite stable white head; bananas and lemons, some cloves underneath, in the aroma; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, quite light bodied, soft; shorter lemony sweetish - sourish finish with a light tartness in the aftertaste. Average, but refreshing Weizen.....

(bottle) Cloudy, orange to light-golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty and fruity (citrus, mango) wheat-malty aroma with delicately clovy spices. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with lighter fruity and subtle clovy accents; moderately sweet and minimal sour wheaty finish. A bit slim but nevertheless pleasant and refreshing. 26.V.10

bottle from Bauernmarkt Aurach, previously rated at BTO: Eine Anmerkung gleich zu Beginn: das Bier war kurz vorm Ablaufen und hat 3 Tage im Auto verbracht, welches in der prallen Sonne stand. Vermutlich nicht ganz optimal... Das Dentleiner Hefeweizen wird von Antrunk bis Nachgeschmack von einer Wässrigkeiot gekennzeichnet. Die Aromen, die zu erschmecken sind sind prima, schön malzig, hefig und leicht bananig, nur leider viel zu schwach. Nachgeschmack ist fast gar nicht vorhanden. Wenn diese Wässrigkeit nicht wäre, wäre es ein super Hefeweizen.

Bottle from the Dodgi’ Deli’, Cowley Road, Oxford consumed 22-09-09 Yet another new German beer to add to the database that I’ve picked up from the ever dependable Dodgi Deli. Pours hazy orange amber with short lasting white head, wheat and a touch of spice show on the nose. Nice mouth feel, some light fizz from the carbonation, good wheat bite and very definate banana overtones, a little peach skin also in the mouth and light fruitiness make this a decent little beer.
