The Legend of Kumúkite
The Wixárikas or Huichol consider the Kimúkite Wold People as their ancestors. Being unskilled hunters and dwelling in dark caves, the benevolent Blue Deer Diety felt compassion and permitted them to capture him.Once caught, he transformed into a Peyote Cactus that provides them with great wisdom. From that day on, their father the sun offered a choice: Become human or remain wolves.

Pujol, CDMX: pours copper with white head. Aroma is vaguely tropical with maltiness. Seems old (at the best restaurant in Mexico City!!!!). Malty, lightly bitter, sort of fruity. Blerkh.
