PAIRING: My moray eel is Costa Rican coffee beer. The focus of the recipe is on the best selection of specialty beans, which provide a sweet flavor that complements Athens coffee very well. Roast and light coffee. Some of the raw vegetable coffee bean part rather than the roasted Starbucks feel. Pours black with decent head. Decent enough. Bottle from Don Israels in Uvita.
