On tap. Pours a hazy and opaque reddish brown with absolutely no head. Intense cherry aroma. Surprisingly full-bodied, completely flat with distinct cherries and wood. Mouthfeel is a little tired. Strange bird indeed. 160509

Bottle marked best by 1/1/2019 thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazed amber body and a sparing off-white head. Aroma of funk, leather, honey, cherry, berry, caramel, oak and vanilla. Taste is lightly sour, no alcohol apparent, caramel, cherry and vinegar. Lightly carbonated and slightly syrupy. Alcohol is very well hidden.

Bottle. Pour darkish red with minimal head. A beautiful sour aroma with dominated with the aroma of tart cherries. Nice sour/tart taste though it seems to be missing something. Deffinelty would not guess this is a 11% ABV. Overall the beer is enjoyable.

Bottled (Pikkulintu, BB 01/2019). Dark murky red color, small beige head. Sour nose, evident cherry aroma, also some earthy notes. Lactose, wild yeast, puckering cherry fruityness. Aftertaste is not very long (sour). Doesnβt feel like 11%. Very good lambic imitation.

Bottled@Konttori, Tampere. Murky brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is sour fruits, some mild cherries and quite strong bitterness. Flavour is sour cherries, quite much alcohol and wooden sourness. Not that exciting though.

Bottle. Look: Deep dark red. Short lasting head. Smell: Vinous. Cherry candy. Small touch of vineager. Taste: Red wine! Dark fruits. Strawberries. Wood (slightly smokey). Earthy. Tart. Overall: Medium bodied. Overall: Smell and taste has vinous character. Iβm not a big fan of wine, but I still like this brew. Surprisingly easy to drink.
