750ml @ SF shared with almost full gang (missing two biggest guys only).
Aroma: bold, fermented honey, tropical fruits.
Taste: along the same lines, boozy, fermented fruits.
Overall: kinda harsh and unbalanced, but I appreciate additional of the tropical fruits.

Slight haze, no head. The aroma is quite honeyish, floral. Not actually carbonated, maybe a touch. Quite floral, some sweetness but there's not much complexity.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose has plenty of floral honey, subdued passionfruit, and some yeastiness. Flavour is on the dry side for a mead, with lots of fermented out passionfruit, mostly fermented out honey, and some boozy astringency. There’s not a whole lot of depth or complexity here—it really needs some sugars here. I never know why meads of this gravity are made this dry, as it kills a lot of the complexity. Decent but far from great.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear-ish blonde gold with very minimal white head. Plasticy honey with light passionfruit in the background, finishes quick, lacks follow through. Average, but I've had worse.

750mL bottle. Pours clear light gold. Nose is quite floral and bitter. Flavour does have a dry prosecco quality, some bitter floral notes. Some subdued booziness from the honey. Neat concept. I like how it turned out, but the complexity isn't there.
