Tap at Valhalla Beer Club. Murky yellow body, white head. Sour, citric aroma, lightly dusty, a bit wild. Smooth, sweetish-sourish citric, acetic, lightly lactic taste, wild notes. Actually less sour than expected, more wild, and undeniably tasty.

Flaska från SB. Gyllene gul, lätt disig med fint vitt skum. Citrus, kumquats, fat, lite vita vinbär, citronmaräng. Mjuk kolsyra och kropp, mjuk behaglig syra. Fin humlekaraktär från torrhumlingen. Väldigt angenämt och drickvänligt.
