Varje år arrangerar Svenska Hembryggareföreningen SM i hembryggd öl. Vinnaren får möjligheten att brygga en öl med Nils Oscar. 2022 vann Erik Rova, Mårten Hedborg och Martin Nylander från Umeå. Trion har plockat fram ett av sina absoluta favoritrecept ”Kokkaffestouten” – ett öl mörkt som framtiden, med ohemula mängder kokkaffe från Lemmelkaffe. Ölet kan med fördel serveras i den finaste kåsa och avnjutas i tystnad bredvid en brasa.

Flaska från SB. Mörkt mörkbrun vätska med lågt skum. Doft av kaffe, kaffesump, malt och mörkt bröd. Lätt kropp för sina 8,3%, lätt, torr, syrlig och mer stout än pastry. Kaffe, soja, aska, syrlig mörkt bröd. Trevlig

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is coffee, roast, some mild herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is roasted, some coffeeish and some stuff.

ABV: 8.2%. Clear dark dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, coffee, strong coffee, dusty coffee, green coffee, mocha. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, coffee, mocha, chocolate - coffee, dark malt. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230326]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Black, small brown head. Intense coffee aroma. Mid dry woth medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of coffee, some toast. Long bitter finish.
