Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep brown with lighter brown with tan/ruby highlights and finger of brown head that dissipates. Big bourbon focused nose with cacao nib, caramel, vanilla and light char. More of the same on the palate. Smooth, silky milk chocolate, cacao nib, bourbon and vanilla really stand out with some mild treacle notes. Warming bourbon on the finish, but overall a very nice sipper with great complexity from the bourbon barrels.
