The dark, and rich blackcurrant wraps itself around the familiar notes of star anise. Together they move across the palate creating a profile and mouthfeel that is surprisingly bold and yet, somehow nostalgic. You can’t help but get attached to this sour.

473ml can. Pours a beautiful, cloudy magenta with a small, creamy, short lived, pink head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready pale malt, licorice, blackcurrant and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, blackcurrant, licorice and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Light to medium body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Tasty and nicely done.
