Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Golden color, hazy. Apricot in the aroma. Grassy oily hopbitter flavor with apricot and grapefruit. Earthy citric aftertaste. Firm hopbitter, tasty pilsener, well above the average.

33 cl bottle @ home. BBE 31.1.2010, rated on 20.02.2010
Aroma has grassy hops, grainy malt and hints of toffee. Flavour feels a bit flat with some grassy hops, grainy malt, gooseberry bush and herbs. Probably past its prime.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy deep golden, creamy head. Intense spicy nose with a touch of red berries. Mid-sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Notes of metal before an intensely bitter inky finish.

Bottles. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops and grass as well as some malt, leading to an extremely bitter finish. Have never had this much Hallertauer hops at once - quite nice. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours a clear deep golden with a rough white head. Fat and juicy hop aroma - almost leathery. Medium body, rather discreet malt feel - everything is pretty much overpowered by the massive Hallartau hoppiness that starts flowery but quickly becomes extremely leathery and astringent leaving a massive bitterness. A bit....much. 230310

Bottled. Slightly hazy pale orange colour with small white fluffy head. Aroma is quite fruity along with some hints of yeast and grass. Flavour is quite much the same along with some caramel malts and rather bittery notes. well done hopping in this one.
