A monstrously strong IPA supercharged with mosaic and citra hops just landed on Earth looking for a worthy adversary. Can you handle it?
The Monster IPA series returns, this time with an extraterrestial Triple IPA: Hop Attack (10.1%). Hop Attack is exactly what it sounds like, a mega hoppy onslaught of flavors and aromas resulting from an immense load of citra and mosaic hops. For this TIPA more than 25 grams per liter of these beloved hop varieties were used, overloading your senses with the tastes and aromatics of sweet mango, ripe papaya, and super juicy passionfruit. Hop Attack is double mashed and brewed with a mix of barley, rye and oats that give the beer a remarkably smooth body for an otherwise powerful IPA.

Can at home from Sterk, Amsterdam, 14th April 2023. Pours thick and orange. Aroma is mangoes, oranges, pith. Taste is full and massive, orange, pineapple and mangoes, pith and pine, bitter kick to it. Like it

Pours very murky dark yellow, really not very attractive. A white head with little retention. Aroma's are exactly how it should be with a juicy IPA: full of tangy citrussy fruit, sweet fruit, dank hops, along with some onion and resin retronasal. Flavour is rather sweet, but also very juicy and light bitter. Very smooth mouthfeel, creamy. Light moderate bitter finish. If they can also make NEIPA's and/or NEDIPA's this good, we will finally have our own Tree House/Other Half/Trillium/Monkish in the Netherlands!
