500ml (thx, Randall C.!) shared with Phill and Farees @ Ryan's. Appearance: very dark brown with no head, Aroma: nice American oak, chocolate, sweetness, and some cake notes. Taste: along the same lines, slightly boozy, moderately sweet, just slightly sludgy maybe. Overall: very nice, but still quite overpriced.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Near black with no head. Coffee pastry note dominant with bourbon barrels, mild vanilla and cinnamon. Similar to the original 3 Monoliths (based on my rating), but the barrel aging rounds it out quite nicely (not worth the added cost though).

On tap at Mostra Anniversary. Pours a very dark brown with small tan head. The aroma is brownie batter, cocoa, roast. Medium body, coconut, roast, dark chocolate, boozy, very nice.

Bottle @MBCC 2022, Green Session. Oily black, no head. Boozy barrel and rich malt aroma. Sweet flavour, bourbon buzz, heavy dark malty with coffee and vanilla.

MBCC. Black with a small brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, heavy vanilla and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with heavy alcohol. Oily and boozy. 140522

Bottle. Black color with tiny beige head. Aroma is big vanilla, coconut, a lot of bourbon. Taste is coconut, vanilla, caramel, Bourbon juice, warming booze kick. Thick mouthfeel, low carbonation. Very thick and sweet, but good.
