Bottle. Hazy amber in colour with a decent, off-white head. Big, grainy malts, with an earthy edge balanced by some fruity sweetness and a trace of butterscotch. Not bad.

Thanks to jonas for that one. Bottle looks good, beer in the glass the same. Yeasty aroma. Starts strong-yeasty, not too dry, fine spicy notes. Hints of caramel. Well balanced finish, still spicy-yeasty. A good one!

Lively bottle. Amer-brown, tiny floaties, low head. Pineapple aroma. Mellow chewy body, sparkly. Strangely anonymous flavor: Light roast, a hint rye, some tropical fruit, a bit bitterness - somehow this merges into a almost neutral flavor profile. A hint fruit salad in the aftertaste, otherwise this brew leaves no imprint.

Bottle in the tap at Schesslitz - 28/04/12. Pours slightly hazed golden/orange with a medium white head. Grainy and lightly malted aroma with a pinch of toffee - not getting rye! Fruity in the taste, a little sweet banana and you get the rye as you drink - fairly subtle tho’. Low in carbonation and medium bodied - decent enough beer for a 10am starter !

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, bigger creamy and stable white head, sourish-grainy nose, wheat detectable; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, very smooth; increasing acidity and tartness in the bready-toasty finish. Not too bad…

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, deep golden to light-amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Yeasty, moderately wheaty and fruity aroma with notes of banana and rye bread. Moderately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Sour-fruity taste with notes of mainly citrus and a tinge of banana, combined with wheaty notes and a present touch of rye; sour fruity and quite dry finish. Nothing special, a bit slim but refreshing. 07.I.12

500ml bottle. Hazy orange with huge white head. Sourish grain aroma, also fruity notes. Taste starts sourish and leads via yeasty influences and a watery part to a fizzy less sourish finish. Could bear a heavier body to encounter the sourish rye. Nevertheless quite refreshing.
