A blend of 50% Dabinett, 25% Harry Masters Jersey and 50% Major all pressed in 2019. These three bittersweet varieties sing in perfect harmony, just like the blackbirds that provide the soundtrack to our cider making.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived white head and aroma of mucky, apple, fruity, funky. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, apple, fruity fleshy, leathery, mucky, barnyard funk, with orangey citric notes, bittersweet, and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
