A blend of 80% Dabinett (from 2019) with 20% Crab apples (from 2020). The result is a handsome marriage of well-behaved tannins and a little wild youthful edge. Just like our beautifully brilliant Border Collie: Indy. Bottle conditioned with 10g/l of molasses, open and wait 30 seconds before pouring to allow any disturbed sediment to resettle.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orange colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, funk hints, woody. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, with orchardy funk, leather, spicy, woody, with orangey citric acidity and some earthy tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic & light tannic finish. Very drinkable.
