A blended cider made from Browns Apple and Dabinett varieties harvested in 2021. The Dabinett has been keeved and retains much of its natural sweetness whereas the Browns is fully fermented. The blend has been crafted to utilise these key characteristics to produce a well balanced medium sweet still cider.

750ml bottle from Cork & Crown. Orangey gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of ripe apple, fruity, woody, some funk. Taste is sweet, apple, smokey, woody, leather, funk, light citric acidity and with soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet mellow tannic finish. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.
