Get hyped! Because this bottle contains a real hybrid monster. This is a blend of wild cider made from Rød Aroma apples, a maceration on Danish Rondo grapes & wild lilac flower and a mixed fermentation saison brewed in the cidery! Just before bottling we dry-hopped it with German Hallertauer Blanc hops. Enjoy chilled. Natural sediments may occur.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 07/01/23. Lightly hazed golden orange with a good sized just off white cap, as it goes for a cider, that thins to a swirl and egeing. Nose is apple core, funk, straw, wood must, apple skins, herb Taste comprises dirty apple, funk, straw, barnyard twang, vinous, light acidic tinge, apple core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with an earthy hop tinged climax. Solid stuff.

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! 2020 Vintage. Orangey amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of horseblanket funk, apple, fruity, floral, some citric rind. Taste is tart, funky, bretty horseblanket, fruity, apple, grapey wine-like notes, and citric with some sour acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sour funky finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml Bottle from HOTM. A hazed plummy red coloured pour with a lasting pink frothy head. Aroma is lovely horsey funk, brett, red apple, dusty funk, some vinous notes, some red berries. Flavour is composed of tart tangy apple, bretty funk, pithy funk, wine lees, . Pithy dry finish. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, pithy dry finish, spritzy carbonation. Really nice funk depth of flavour.
