A saying both Geordies & Canadians are familiar wih, "oot n' aboot" is our East Coast IPA. It has a light malt character loaded with strong North American hops creating flavour and aromas such as citrus, mango, pineapple and stone fruits. A bold bitterness, slightly hazy with a blonde colour.

Can bought at Greyfriar, Reading. Aroma is resinous, malty. Quite tart citrus. Slightly opaque amber. Foamy white head. Heavy bitter. Resinous. Citrusy. However there's also a sugary fruit sweetness. Spice. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Good stuff.

Panda at home, thanks to Edward Danlo, 09/03/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with a decent just off white cap that thins over time. Nose is orange zest, grass, light grapefruit, pine nip, straw, melon, spruce tips. Taste comprises orange marmalade, grass, pine needle, citric tinged straw, toasted malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Okay easy drinking IPA.
