Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of apple, vanilla, sticky toffee pudding. Taste is sweetish, sticky toffee pudding, apple, custard, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering toffee at the finish. Quite drinkable.

Panda at home, from Grumbo - cheers Graham, 12/12/22. Clear pale golden with a fast collapsing white head ... some carbonation evident. Nose is apple skins, light spice, herb, faint ginger. Taste comprises apple, caramel, light spice, modest ginger, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Okay stuff ... pretty modest ginger (a good thing I'd say) and does have the essence of a toffee pudding going down.

6/12/2022. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of apples, toffee apple, light spice, vanilla, sticky toffee pudding. Medium plus sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, oily, spritzy carbonation. Sweet, fruity, semi-dry finish. Nice sweet twist on the original non-ginger ginger!
