Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, herbal ginger notes. Taste is herby, apples, fleshy, floral, grassy, ginger, with some dry acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. OK

Panda at home, from Grumbo - cheers Graham, 12/12/22. Pale golden yellow with a thin white covering. Nose is apple skins, herb, straw, grains, light barnyard esters. Taste comprises tangy apples, touch of ginger, very light acidic tickle, vinous, orchard wood, herb, sage. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad,

6/12/2022. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple, ginger, straw, woody edge. Moderate sweetness, tartness and body. Oily, a little watery, low carbonation. Dry, tannic finish developed. Ginger fox but with ginger which gave it a nice added twist.
