27/9/2024. From BIAB at St. Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear dark gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is apple, caramel, brown sugar, funky, slightly soapy. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly watery, low carbonation. Dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, bubbly white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, with some skin and core. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, tart, some core, apple skin and light acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, picked up from Peterley Farm Shop, 12/11/22. Clear golden to light copper with a thin white cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is caramelised apple, sugars, tannins, apple skins. Taste comprises toffee apple, caramel, apple pie, tannins, sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Pleasant sipper if a little on the sweet side for my liking.
