750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Bottle No. 53/95. Sparkling, pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white head and aroma of pears, light funk. Taste is tangy, peary, white-wine, with some woody notes and mellow acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying woody finish. Nicely drinkable.
