Three grape varieties – Bacchus, Solaris and Seyval Blanc – were brought together with two French varieties of perry pears, co-fermented spontaneously, and bottled as a pét nat.
Hazy blue/green in colour, it’s super tropical and grapey on the nose. With a cool, herby edge and creaminess coming from the perry pears, plus juicy citrus from the grapes, it’s been made uber-moreish and joyfully crushable by some glorious funky acid!

Bottle pour at London Cider House, pours a clear almost clear colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is quite invigorating, with bone dry grape skins, light funk, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bone dry, with subtle grape skins, bone dry grape skins, and a tiny hint of funk. Not a huge amount of complexity, but it's drinkable and decently made.

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Sparkling very pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma or pear & grape. Taste is tart & tangy, grapey, pear, with sharp citrus, tropical fruity, and some light funky acidity. Slick mouthfeel, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
