750ml bottle from Nightingale. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity, strawberry hint, wood barrel note. Taste is tangy, sweetish, tart, fleshy apple, whisky barrel, woody, oak, some fruity strawberry notes, hints of vanilla, with some acidity and tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, drying woody tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
