750ml wired cork bottle from Taste of Durham store, Durham. Clear pale golden colour, fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity, some skin. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, apple, fruity, with skin and core, alittle residual sugar, white wine note and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, slick drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
