A collaboration between Little Pomona and Nicky Kong from Cat in the Glass in Manchester.
We were looking for something full of juicy fruit, complex and layered, yet super drinkable, and we found it in a blend of barrel matured Dabinett (50%) and Yarlington Mill (40%) enlivened with a little Bisquet (10%) from tank.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orange colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of oak, vanilla, apple, funky. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, fruity, pineapple, oak, vanilla, apple, with some drying woody tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry woody oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
