750ml wired cork bottle, from Discovering Durham shop, Durham. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, clear golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity, apple pie. Taste is sweet, apple, some skin and core, with citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
