Bottle, Piwne Mosty web shop. Just slightly hazy yellow golden, medium white head, creamy and pretty lasting. Very gentle smoky nose, a bit of bacon. Moderate bitterness, strong rubber feeling, tart and a bit hard to drink. Lasting aftertaste. Light body.

W smaku wedzona skorka, kananosy, kindzik doprawiony, oczywiscie oscypek, redykolka i pszenny chlebek posmarowany solonym maselkiem, tak, slone jakos to piwo dziwnie, ale fajowe, takie jakies podkrecone grodziskie. intensywne mimo 2 i troche alko ta wedzonka ma.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 04.02.2023). Leciutkie z delikatną ale wyraźnie wędzoną dymną nutą, orzeźwiające choć brakuje nasycenia a to jeden z głównych wyznaczników polskiego szampana.

500ml bottle at Craft Head in Budapest. Pours clear pale yellow with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is smoke, slightly wheaty. Taste is dry, smokey, a touch of sourness. Refreshing. Light bodied.

Pale light golden color with high white head. Aroma: lightly smoked, bacon, fruity esters. Taste: lightly smoked, grain, bacon rashers, bit of a strange bitter aftertaste. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. OK and in style only bitterness is disturbing here.

50cl bottle. Poured straw color, thick white head. Gentle campfire smoke in aroma. Light saltiness and wheat in aroma. Very refreshing.

Interpretacja stylu całkiem udana, fajna wędzonka, wysycenie jest na dość dobrym poziomie (choć nie ma walki z pianą jak przy nalewaniu piwa z grodziska), piana ładnie zdobi szkło, barwa ok, tylko zamglone. W smaku trochę spalenizna. Nie ma co narzekać, mało piw w tym stylu.
