Ashmead's Keeved Cider. A blend of 55% of our favourite dessert apple, Ashmead’s Kernel, producing a unique flavour, balanced with Michelin and Chisel Jersey bittersweets. Crisp and wine like, with the tannins of the cider apples delivering a soft, slightly sweet finish. Would complement a rich meal, or can be enjoyed on its own, ideally at cooler room temperature. Keeved, medium dry cider.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, orangey gold colour, short-lived white foamy head and aroma of apple, fruity, hint of caramel. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some slightly mucky funk, leather, bittersweet with spicy tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
