750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, orchard funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, peachy stone fruity, with orchardy funk, some citric acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart and tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
