Dry, pet nat cider. The cider we make to showcase one of our favourite cider apples, Yarlington Mill, for its fruity and earthy aromas. Balanced with sharp varieties including Foxwhelp, Court de Wick, Kingston Black and Crimson King. Subtle but long lasting tannins, and slightly spicy and herbaceous, orange flavours.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity, orchardy, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy, fruity, zesty, citric, with some tart acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
