Combination of donated apples and pears, this Pyder was fermented and conditioned in oak over 18 months with delicious results. It tastes like pear pudding, rich, complex slow to finish and smooth. It's just lovely. The best pyder we've made.

330ml bottle from Bignose & Beardy. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, pear, oaky. Taste is apple, pear, vanilla, oak, woody, some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying woody oak finish. Quite drinkable.
