Made with the same foraged apples from Standen Community Orchard near Iden this is a follow up to the Silver Medal winning Standen Deliver. Different varieties and ratios of fruit have produced a slightly different profile but it certainly comes from the same stable. Crisply acidic with a long finish, a satisfying mouthfeel and lots of appley tones. This one's a crowd pleaser too.

330m bottle from Bignose & Beardy. Golden colour, white bubbly head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim, and aroma of apple, funk, straw. Taste is sweetish, apple, tangy, tart, with some lemony citric notes, drying acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
