500ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, juicy. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, fleshy, some skin & core, funk hint and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
