500ml bottle from Fram Ferment, Durham. Batch 2020. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, light woody funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, orchardy, leather, strawberry hint, funky, bittersharp, with some tannin. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, dry acidic tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
