2/1/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of green apple, apple core, earthy edge. Moderate sweetness, sharp tartness. moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Tart acidic finish. Pretty good.

330ml bottle from Fram Ferment, Durham. 2021 Vintage. Slightly hazy golden colour, thin white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple with mucky funk hints. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, apple, bittersharp, fruity, with strawberry hints, and some drying acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
