Our craziest idea yet has brought together Bacchus grapes, sourced by our lovely friend Ingrid from Dunleavy Vineyards, with mid-season Herefordshire perry pears - Green Horse and Hendre Huffcap. Throw in carbonic maceration and spontaneous co-fermentation, and the result is the creation of a pét nat that is – yep – out of this world!

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Hazy pale yellow colour, thin white head and aroma of tropical fruits, grape, citrus, floral, pear. Taste is tangy, tart, pear, grape, fruity, floral, with some funk, straw notes and citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying sour acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
