A very special 2015 vintage of our single varietal Egremont Russet apple cider. The years have softened this dry cider into a smooth and mellow delight. Crystal clear, still and rich with a wonderfully natural oak aroma and rounded taste. This cider is an absolute pleasure.

Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 05/11/22. Clear pale golden yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is apple core, straw, wet leaves, apple skins. Taste comprises mild apple, light pork notes, grains, straw, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Its okay but lacks depth in the flavour.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Golden colour, bubbly rim and aroma of mucky funk, apple. Taste is apple, tangy, fruity, mucky note, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
