Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 01/11/22. Clear mid golden with little in the way of a covering. Nose is tangy apples, orchard must, straw, hedgerow, light funk. Taste comprises earthy apples, apple skins, tannins, light acidic tickle, barnyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough cider.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, acetic funk, and with drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
