Bottle from Schroppfy. Blonde, cloudy, pours a huge creamy head. Citrus, melon and yeasty and vegetable notes in the aroma. Thinnish. Grassy, slightly citric flavor with yeast. Apple, dust, cellar notes. Even some nutty flavors. Unusual and interesting, but far from clean.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Schroppfy. Pours a cloudy golden with a frothy white head - pretty much a Hefe Weizen look. Interesting fruity aroma with a slight tartness. Light body - almost thin - heavy carbonation, a fine, subtle fruitiness, dryish with a lactic tartness and quite some late hops. Odd but interesting and pleasant. 080911

bottle, with many thanks to Schroppfy! Cloudy orange-amber colour, enormous, mountainous white head. Acidic-fruity-bitter nose - very unusual, but pleasant. The aroma changes with every sniff - from cheese, dusty cellar, earth to wood. Medium-bodied, malty background with a tart start and lots of fruit (orange peel, lemon peel), robust and archaic bitter hops throughout, with a grassy character and hints of hay. Smooth palate. An extremely interesting and unusual beer - thanks Schoppfy for sending me tis!
