Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 01/11/22. Almost clear golden with little in the way of a head. Nose is musty apples, straw, light vegetal notes, hay bale. Taste comprises apple orchard, tannins, apple pips, light sugar, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. It's okay if rather on the whelming scale of things.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy. Taste is fruity, apple, tangy with some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
