Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 01/11/22. Almost clear golden to light copper with a fast escaping white crown formed of bubbles. Nose is tangy apples, straw, damp cloth, light farmyard tones. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, light caramel, straw, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is tangy, apple, some flesh and core, woody, smokey hint, with drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
