Made using cider apples from the 2020 harvest, wild fermented and aged for over a year. A dry sparkling cider. Clean and crisp up front with some grapefruit notes coming through. Opens up when poured, adding length and depth.

330ml can from Beer Metropolis. Hazy orangey gold colour, white bubbly foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, caramel hint, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, some core, with funky hints, citric acidity and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
