750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale yellow colour, short-lived white bubbly head and aroma of perry pear, fruity, floral, fleshy, woody. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, fruity, floral, honey note, with light citric acidity and woody mellow funk. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
