Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Hazy gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, juicy, fruity, alittle funk and yeasty hints. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, juicy, orangey, with some acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Way Side farm shop, 21/09/22. Very lightly clouded golden orange with a fast escaping white cap ... a few floaties hang out in the glass. Nose is bitter sweet apple, straw, light funk, hedgerow, sharp apple. Taste comprises apple core, light funk, trace of acidity, tannins, barnyard twang, light sugar dusting, apple orchard. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Decent flavoursome and drinkable offering.
