Cask at gbbf 2022 day 1. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a loose white head, aroma is soft floury apple, creamy custard. Vanilla, light tang. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Medium sweet juicy apple, flory wheat. Flesh apple juicy. Palate is medium sweet z juicy, wheat, floury, apple, pear. Light tang, woody notes. Palate is semi sweet. Creamy, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, juicy, alittle funk. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, some core, light funky hints, alittle tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinnkable.

5/8/2022. From BIAB at GBBF 2022, day 4. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet apple, stewed, funky, mucky, horse-blanket. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Medium body, slightly oily, very soft carbonation. Nice tart and dry finish. Enjoyable.
